C2 Mini Compact Probe Station
Everbeing describes the C-2-RF Mini as the world’s smallest manual RF probe station. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for research and teaching laboratories, while flexible positioning and accessory options also allow configuration as the C2 Mini RF for radio-frequency device characterization.

The Everbeing C-4/6 Photonic Probe Station combines electrical probing with fibre-optic access for research and characterization of photonic, optoelectronic and semiconductor devices. The modular platform supports DC, RF and fibre-optic measurement configurations and can accommodate up to 12 micropositioners.

Everbeing EB-6V mmW Probe Station
The Everbeing EB-6V is a proven millimeter-wave probe station platform designed for precise integration with frequency extenders and modules from VDI, OML, Keysight and Rohde & Schwarz. Stable positioners, short waveguide paths and additional DC and RF contacting options support demanding high-frequency, differential mm-wave and mixed-signal measurements.

Everbeing Int'l Corp. designs and manufactures precision micropositioners in-house and offers a coordinated portfolio of probe holders and probe tips for analytical probing applications. Its own machining facilities provide direct control over mechanical design, component quality and manufacturing precision.
Everbeing Micropositioners
Everbeing develops and manufactures its precision micropositioners in-house, supported by extensive machining capabilities for consistent mechanical quality and application-specific variants. The portfolio includes models such as the EB-005E, EB-050 and EB-700, covering different resolutions, travel ranges, dimensions and load requirements. Depending on the model, mounting options include magnetic, vacuum and switchable magnet bases, with left- and right-hand configurations available for flexible station layouts. Dedicated accessories such as the FIBER-T extend selected micropositioners for fibre-optic alignment with additional roll and pitch adjustment.
Probe Tip Holders
Everbeing tip holders are available in multiple mechanical and electrical configurations to support a wide range of probing applications. Available designs include screw type, spring type, screw-nut type, tubular type and quasi-Kelvin holders, with BNC, coaxial and triaxial variants for different voltage, current, leakage and frequency requirements. The holder selection can be coordinated with the probe tip style, micromanipulator, available working distance and desired approach geometry, enabling reliable setups for routine DC probing, low-current characterization and low-leakage measurements. Probe Tips
Everbeing offers a broad range of probe tips in tungsten, gold-plated tungsten and beryllium copper (BeCu), including straight tapered, 45-degree bent, double-bent and Cat-Whisker geometries. Different tip diameters, shank sizes and lengths allow the probe tip to be selected according to contact-pad dimensions, sample topography, access angle and measurement requirements.
APPLICATION AND CONFIGURATION SUPPORT
From Measurement Task to Complete Probe Station Configuration
A reliable probe-station setup requires more than selecting a platform. Sample geometry, contacting method, instrumentation, working distance, temperature range and future expansion options are reviewed together before the final configuration is released. Where useful, the customer’s exact requirements can be discussed in online meetings together with Everbeing Int'l Corp. Application and Sales Engineering. Based on this joint review, a tailored probe-station configuration is developed for the specific measurement task and laboratory environment.
REQUIREMENTS REVIEW
Application Clarification
The measurement task, sample or wafer format, contact-pad geometry, required probe access and available laboratory instrumentation are reviewed to define the appropriate station platform and contacting concept. Where required, these details are clarified jointly with the customer and Everbeing Application and Sales Engineering in an online meeting.
SYSTEM DESIGN
Configuration Development
Probe station, chuck, microscope, micropositioners, probe tip holders, probe tips and related accessories are coordinated as one system. Based on the joint technical review, a tailored configuration is developed for the specific measurement task, laboratory environment and potential future expansion.
ADDITIONAL CROSS-CHECK
AI-Assisted Configuration Verification
AI-assisted verification is used as an additional cross-check for completeness, interface compatibility and consistency of the proposed configuration. Final technical approval remains with Everbeing and BE Precision Technology (BEPT).
