Important Clarification

APS Solutions GmbH ceased its business activities in 2024 following the commencement of insolvency proceedings.

HG Semiconductor Solutions and BE Precision Technology (Tech Advisors B.V., the Netherlands)
are independent companies and are not legal successors to APS Solutions GmbH. Neither company has assumed any contracts, liabilities, warranty obligations or other legal commitments of
APS Solutions GmbH.

Hanns-Georg Ochsenkühn, former Managing Director of APS Solutions GmbH, is now operating HG Semiconductor Solutions as an independent sales, business development and project-support company for specialized semiconductor test equipment.

Former APS customers are welcome to contact HG Semiconductor Solutions regarding currently available products, applications and new projects. Each inquiry will be reviewed individually based on the present manufacturers, products and commercial arrangements.

Support concerning equipment previously supplied by APS Solutions GmbH may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any such assistance does not constitute the assumption of a former APS contractual, warranty or service obligation.

TEST SOCKETS

BONRDA Test Socket Solutions

HG Semiconductor Solutions acts as BONRDA’s independent sales and business development agent for Europe, the UK and Israel. HGSS supports customer communication, technical clarification and local project coordination.

Quotations, orders, invoicing and the commercial supply relationship are handled directly by Zhejiang BONRDA Technology Co., Ltd.

PROBE STATIONS & METROLOGY

Probe Stations and Related Solutions

HG Semiconductor Solutions can act as the initial commercial and technical contact for Everbeing analytical probe stations, micropositioners, probe tips and related accessories, as well as probe card metrology solutions.

Quotations, orders and project execution are handled through BE Precision Technology, operated by Tech Advisors B.V. in the Netherlands.

LED & PHOTONICS TEST

LED and Photonics Probing Solutions

HG Semiconductor Solutions supports selected LED, Micro LED, VCSEL and photonics test applications, including probing and optical measurement solutions from Hauman Technology.

Customer inquiries and technical coordination can be handled through HGSS. Quotations, orders and project execution are handled through BE Precision Technology.
LEGACY SOCKET PROJECTS

WinWay Technology / WWT Legacy Projects

Selected WinWay Technology legacy projects may be reviewed for technical clarification, redesign and suitable replacement solutions through BONRDA.

APS Solutions GmbH previously acted as a distributor for WinWay Technology Co., Ltd.
HG Semiconductor Solutions (HGSS) is not a legal successor to APS Solutions GmbH and does not act as a current distributor for WinWay Technology.

Selected legacy socket projects originally supplied or supported through APS and WinWay Technology may nevertheless be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. HGSS may assist with technical clarification, available project documentation, replacement concepts and redesign requirements.

Where technically suitable, HGSS can coordinate an evaluation with BONRDA for customized engineering, ATE, burn-in or system-level test socket solutions. BONRDA combines application-specific engineering support with commercially attractive pricing and competitive turnaround times.

Quotations, orders, invoicing and the commercial supply relationship for new BONRDA solutions are handled directly by Zhejiang BONRDA Technology Co., Ltd.
